I have at times found sittings conducted whilst clients are still in the stages of heavy grief can be far less successful than those who are calmer about a loved one's passing. I may recommend the services of a grief counsellor in such instances. Please note this will be done as and when I feel it appropriate and the need may be present. It is of course down to you, my client, if you act upon any guidance given and the outcomes of these actions.

You will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to the start of our appointment. In line with this, it is your responsibility to speak up within the first 10 minutes of your appointment starting if you feel the connection isn't there and another date can be set. It will otherwise be assumed that all is good and I will carry on. Also, if I feel that our connection isn't happening, I too will stop your appointment myself within the first 10 minutes without charge, and another date can be arranged.
